Autism Spectrum Support for Teens and Adults in Connecticut
Personalized support for individuals experiencing social, communication, or behavioral challenges, tailored to each person's strengths, needs, and developmental stage.

Support that starts with your strengths
Teens and adults on the autism spectrum often spend a lot of energy navigating a world that was not built with them in mind. Social situations, changes in routine, sensory overload, and communication differences can all add stress.
That stress can show up as anxiety, low mood, trouble with attention, or difficulty sleeping. Those concerns deserve care in their own right.
Jessica offers personalized support for adolescents 15 and older and adults experiencing social, communication, or behavioral challenges. Care is tailored to each person's strengths, needs, and developmental stage to promote confidence and daily success.
